Home Enhancement Evaluation
This is a 2 hour detailed walk through of the exterior and interior of the property. Every room is critiqued with a buyers’ eye. The homeowner will take notes as we give recommendations and tips on de-cluttering, cleaning, neutral color choices, repairs, and furniture placement. This service also includes a 5 page staging checklist for every room of the home.
Home Enhancement Evaluation w/ Do it yourself Action Plan
This is a 2 to 3 hour detailed walk through of the exterior and interior of the property along with a written action plan for every room. We review the property with a buyers’ eye, take pictures and detail notes on how to showcase the house to its maximum potential. The report will include but is not limited to furniture placement suggestions, de-cluttering, cleaning and packing plan. Recommendations on how to improve traffic flow will also be included. This action plan is perfect for the homeowner who needs a gentle nudge on "HOW TO GET STARTED"
Occupied Home Staging Services
How you live in your home and market your home are very different things. After the Home Enhancement Evaluation, we can create and execute a plan to enhance a few rooms or your Entire Home with your furnishings, artwork, and accessories. Our service includes:
- Rearranging and Editing of existing furniture and accessories to increase traffic flow and enhance rooms.
- List of items/furnishings to store on or off the property in order to de-clutter and clean and improve the homes traffic flow.
- Color Consultation for rooms that may need sprucing up. Neutral wall paint can instantly give rooms a clean look and fresh feel.
- Before and After pictures on CD for Open house, virtual tour, and/or realtor walk through.
Furniture and Accessory RENTAL Service
We rent accessories, artwork and furniture for every style of home. Our accessories can be the final touch needed to give your home that wow factor without breaking the bank. Our smaller accessories can be rented on a month to month basis.
Vacant Home Staging Services
We review your vacant property, take pictures and present 3 staging solutions in 24 hours. All of our vacant staging solutions include the following:
